Terms & Conditions - Booking Policy

There is a non refundable booking fee of 50% required to secure your booking, this will be deducted from your treatment. Booking fees are strictly NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE to other dates under any circumstances. The booking fee is taken in exchange for your reserved booking slot that you have committed to when booking your appointment. We reserve our legal right to take measures to reduce our losses from costs already incurred to us having pre ordered the products for your procedure and also out of loss of profit as a direct result of the cancellation of your appointment. It is for this reason we have our strictly non refundable/ non transferable booking fee in place, by booking an appointment with us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Any attempts to withdraw from payment will result in legal action taken against you.

Due to the fact that we pre order specific products and prescription items for each client upon booking and turn away other clients to hold your booking reservation, if you are unable to attend your appointment or wish to change your appointment unfortunately this will result in your booking fee being lost. A further booking fee will be required to secure another appointment.

There is a strict NO REFUND and no cancellation or rescheduling policy so please ensure you can commit to your appointment before booking. Any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a full charge of the procedure cost.

We allow time in between clients to sterilize the clinic ready for the next client, therefore if you are late to your appointment your appointment will be shortened to ensure we are not late for our next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, this may result in having to cancel your appointment and therefore you will be liable to pay the full procedure cost.

Failure to attend your appointment will result in a full charge for your treatment. Failure to pay this will result in legal action.
